First night that we arrived, the air conditioner wasn’t working. The manager change us to smaller room and have us the breakfast free. Room was ok.

They need to change their towels. we found many towels with wholes and stains, also the floor carpet of the room had a lot of visible stains, and sticky areas. The pool area restrooms smell and they dirty men and women section.

I liked the area. Its safe and easy to move around. I didnt like how small the beds were and how the bed frames were bigger then the actual bed. It would stick out. Also they say the pool closes at 11pm but get kicked out at 10pm. All because their too lazy to go up at 11 to close.

No hot water for shower, no wash cloths provided. Room had a damp smell and was very small. Poor service and low quality of food in the restaurant area as well. Very overpriced for the location and service.

El rooftop requiere mantenimiento. El área de alberca no tiene manera de comunicarse al restaurante. Tarda mucho el servicio de comida. No tenían hielo para las bebidas. Pero en general es una excelente opción para ocio y negocios en la zona.

Localización insuperable

Fue el hotel más cercano que encontré a la clínica 34, tiene una ubicación privilegiada y céntrica, me gustó que tiene estacionamiento de fácil acceso y las habitaciones amplias y cómodas. La cama algo suave para mi gusto. Bonitas vistas.

El servicio de restaurant pesimo . En aplicacion ofrecen desayuno incluido y solo nos dieron uno por habitacion y pago para 4 personas 2 adultos y 2 menores. En el desyuno se ven miserables y cuenta chiles me pusieron 3 mitades de pan bimbo les solicite un poco mas de pan y me dieron un mitad segun ellos para acompletar mi 2 piezas y que si queria mas que me lo cobraban. La mesera con actitud altiba y se podria decir que un poco grosera , hasta me recuerda que los regios tienen fama de tacaños y ella lo vino a reafirmar. Nos negaron el acceso a la alberca por que tenian fiesta privada , ¿que acaso nontenemos preferencia los huéspedes a los sevicios del hotel? De menos a cambio de la falata de este servicio nos uvieran dejar hacer let chek out pero nos negaron salir un poco mas tarde.
