"Friendly and helpful lady at front desk at check in. Great comfortable bed. Shame there is only large towels in bathroom and no hand towel or washers. Also shame no bottled water in the rooms. "

"The room was clean the major let down was the mold in the shower. Breakfast was just standard buffet but nothing over the top. Hotel is looking a little rundown but overall clean and in a convenient spot. Would of been nice if we were told on arrival about the short cut to darling harbour via the wilson carpark."

"Four night here solo for work. Tiny rooms but very comfortable. Clean, quiet, comfortable bed, great shower and aircon. Great location with a light rail stop nearby, and Pyrmont bridge into the CBD. Aside from the small+ rooms, it otherwise ticked all the boxes with nothing to fault. Would stay again. "

"I recently stayed at Ibis Darling Harbour and unfortunately, it wasn’t a great experience overall. The hotel is in quite poor condition—carpets are ripped in places, and both the rooms and bathrooms feel very worn and in need of maintenance and renovation. Service was also disappointing for the most part, as some staff members came across as unfriendly and unhelpful. However, I do want to acknowledge one staff member—a young woman at reception—who kindly assisted us in changing rooms. She was professional, approachable, and made an effort to improve our stay, which we really appreciated. That said, the general condition of the hotel and the inconsistent service made the stay far below expectations. I hope management takes steps to improve both the facilities and customer experience."
