Location. The Riad is clean, very peaceful and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Each morning guest are treated to the most delicious home cooked breakfast which is served in a beautiful location: a true highlight of the riad that sets you up for the day. Wonderful large bath worth the fun but be prepared for long full time. In short would visit again but suited for short break 3-4 days as no great facilities although roof top does allow limited sun bathe. "

"The room was nice and clean, with no dust or odour. The location is great with so many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The third-floor rooms don't have a balcony, but it didn't bother me. If you need the room with a balcony, it's better to contact them ahead. The breakfast is nice and freshly made, it is served on the rooftop. If you advised them, they could bring it to your room. "

"A lovely character place to stay in the Medina. Paid the extra for breakfast and it was well worth it. Can't fault it other than one thing. It lists, on site parking but the hotel is in the Medina, pedestrian only so need to pay and park outside of there. It wasn't a problem once I'd found that out myself."

"Very Misleading description !!!! We got there and found out that the beach is about 25min walk in a road full of rocks and not 1min walk from the beach as advertised !!!we ended up leaving immediately after finding the place because it’s not what we signed up for and didn’t feel safe !
When I told the guy there that the description said 1min walk from the beach and it is a long walk in an unsafe road , he didn’t care at allll!! He said that he will walk with us to the beach ??!!!

The spa was brilliant and the food was also out of this world. Honestly, it was flawless! As a couple on their honeymoon, our favourite thing was the separate pools for families and adults as it made for a calm, adult environment. We’ll be back! "

"This was an amazing stay Jamal and his wife go all out to give guests a great experience- nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast is huge with a big selection of different items. The pool was an added bonus. The lady who cooks (sorry I don’t recall her name) is friendly and helpful as well as a good cook! It’s a few miles/kilometres out of Essaouira so a car is probably preferable but if you want a fab place to stay that is peaceful, calm and clean then this is the place for you! I will certainly...
