"Great location in Shoreditch. Friendly staff who are very helpful. Breakfast was included which was great, a few different options but we went for fried eggs on toast which was very nice. Handy to have the tea and coffee making facilities as well as a fridge in our family room. Beds weren’t the most comfortable ever but they were fine for 1 night. "

"Pros: The location and state of the property are really good. It's been clean and quiet enough to get a good night of sleep, you can hear when other guests come into their rooms but all was absolutely fine. Easy checking and comms how to get in. Con: Listing mentions shared bathroom but not that it's on the ground floor while you (like me) might be set up on the top/third floor of the property (room 5). Coming down two floors in the middle of the night or whenever you need bathroom services was not my favourite experience. Standing in the narrow hallway in case both bathrooms are busy is not something I would enjoy (saying that, I was extra cautious so I wouldn't have to). Overall, I wouldn't pick it again but I'd happily recommend it to younger traveler."

"This was honestly the worst hotel I have ever experienced. I was filthy, my bedroom door didn’t lock, I’m pretty sure this hotel is used by sex workers. I genuinely felt unsafe. Don’t stay here, if you’re really strapped for cash there’s a hostel just up the road - this would have been preferable."

"Breakfast menu was disappointing - because we booked breakfast we were only entitled to choose a few things on the menu yet it still cost £36 for 2. But the worst mistake is that they overcharged us by £285 which we now have to sort out. Otherwise it was very clean and we liked using the pool"

"The worst place I have stated since the late 1980's. Im sure this is a multi floor HMO. I'm not wasting good time listing all the issues. Everything wrong with it. No plus points at all. Only stayed 2 nights out of 3 I paid and moved elsewhere. "
