"We loved the location of the hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was well equipped with one exception. Like many hotels now, one think comforter is offered for warmth at night time. There is no other option other than to sleep without nighttime cover. I thought about covering with a towel. I do wish hotels would provide choices. "

She went to great lengths to help us with any issues and we so enjoyed her lovely personality and helpful referrals about great places to eat. Even saw her at a restaurant she had recommended to us and she and her daughter stopped to chat with us. Her daughter was extremely personable and a delight to know as well. "Location was great; near subway and train. The major problem was the bed…hard as a rock. Slept in 45 minute increments…had to move often to relieve pain. Please change the beds. "
