"I’m giving this hotel 4 stars instead of 5 mainly because of a couple of policies that didn’t sit well with me. They don’t allow outside food in the rooms, which I found surprising. I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world and had never come across that rule before. I even had to look it up to confirm it’s a thing. For me, it takes away some comfort, as I don’t always want to rely on the hotel restaurant when I’m hungry. Also worth noting for anyone considering a massage: not all treatments are a full hour. Despite what I was initially told, I found out after the fact that the sports massage is only 45 minutes, which was disappointing. That said, there are definitely positives. The hotel offers a great breakfast buffet with plenty of options, and overall it’s a good stay. As a side note, compared to many major international cities, Belgrade is quite affordable—hotels are reasonably priced, and public transportation is even free, which is a nice bonus."

"I would stay there again for the location but there is no way it should be a 4 star hotel. It’s old and in fair condition. Breakfast was okay. However the best part of my stay was the front desk staff. Zorana was great. She really helped me with everything and was super helpful. She is the reason that I would go back."

"The staff was friendly, location is great - everything is closed and walking distance. In room was cold at the night, the heat didn't work properly and only one blanket provided. Also curtains were falling so everyone can see inside specially during the night when you are using lighta on (it's a parking area behind the window)."
