We had some issues with our reservation due to the language barrier but it worked out at the end. The rooms are much cheaper if you book on line. "This is an incredibly luxurious hotel. It stands out from the moment you walk in. Spacious rooms. Fantastic breakfast. It was so nice I went and paid extra for a massage. They even give you a small minibar everyday for free. So far best hotel I’ve stayed in Naha and I’ll definitely go back!"
