"Far off the beaten path is this very peaceful hotel, Agato-san has made something truly unique here. The owner and staff are very attentative when needed but very respectfully absent to enjoy your own space and time. The room itself is wonderful, a true amount of care has gone into the design and function has been blended with form seemlessly. Anytime i return to Okinawa i aim to be here for my escape. Thanks again "

"We had an excellent stay. The hotel is peaceful, well‑equipped, and offers spacious rooms with a stunning view. The pool is great, though it closes at 19:00, which is worth noting. The restaurants serve outstanding food, and the on‑site brewery is a fantastic bonus. Walking distance to the Aquarium, botanical gardens and you can have an nice walk along the beach. There are lots of families staying here so super place for families :) Highly recommended!"

"The rooms were spacious and the balcony overlooked the pool with a partial ocean view. We stayed six nights and the bed was changed once only after I had asked housekeeping when I ran into them in the corridor. Room service is non existent. Breakfast buffet was ok and the kids loved the pool area. We had to stay a few extra nights due to a typhoon and they kept rates very reasonable which was appreciated."

"The breakfast was terrible, it was very low quality. The worst breakfast buffet I’ve ever had in a resort. Everything tasted old and poor quality. The salmon looked like it was dyed with orange food coloring. It was not real salmon. There were no options whatsoever. There are no good quality restaurants in the resort. It bothered me that the Italian restaurant was closed in summer. This truly sucks for European people who come to visit. Who closes an Italian restaurant in summer time?? So disappointing. There are no options for European people. The beach also had no service in the sense you cannot order food and drinks on the beach. You have to go to a food truck to buy food and drinks which is low quality. The bar by the pool, nobody understands English and they don’t even know what a Pina Colada is. We asked for white wine by the pool and they don’t have white wine. Even if it was written in the menu. This is so disappointing and ridiculous. It’s also ridiculous how clients can’t go to the terrace club for a drink at the bar just because we are not part of the terrace club. This is so ridiculous after how much money we pay to stay in this resort. I’m glad next door to the resort we have the Ritz Carlton and Halekualani which are way better resorts than Busena Terrace. The beach also only had a little section that we could use that sucks when there is a whole bay in front of the resort. This resort was a very disappointing experience and the quality of everything sucked."

"Beautiful hotel, with very comfortable rooms and superb facilities. Rooms have an amazing view of the ocean, are clean, and designed to make a more-than-comfortable stay. My only note is that it has no access to the beach. Keep that in mind if you come looking for sand and the ocean. All in all, an excellent choice!!"

"Overall a nice convenient hotel for the beach and local restaurant quiet lifestyle. Room size was convenient. Beach was very nice. Extra convenient there’s a conbini right next door. Only down side is that you have to pay small fees for extra things. Like for pajamas, for a beach towel, and the beach chairs/umbrella too."
