"The hotel is newly renovated and the room was nice and spacious. The front desk was extremely nice and helpful. Kudos to Farzana who went out of her way to help us. They had a shuttle pick us up from the cruise port when we got of the ship. $10 per person. We arrived at the hotel early and within a short amount of time they were able to get us a room. "Excellent location, close to restaraunts, grocery and pharmacy. Close walk to the waterway. Very safe area to walk in. Hotel shuttle came at the timeframe quoted to me when I called for pock-up at the airport. Location was clean, breakfast was good with several different options. Will definitely stay T this location again when I cruise out of Ft Lauderdale. "

"Park Royal is a cute hotel in a very nice section of North Beach. You'll be staying in a very safe area surrounded by much more expensive highrise hotels. The rooms are extremely well prepared between guests, and the staff are very professional. The side road it faces can be noisy, but for the location, good quality, and price it's a fine trade-off. The beach and waking paths are a block away, the area is very walkable you won't need a car. Overall I do recommend Park Royal."
