They are very attentive and go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. They even sang happy birthday to my wife and setup and private breakfast for her on the morning of her birthday. "Location was great, short walk 10-15 min from the willhelmshoe train station, tram also runs close. Nice park directly behind the hotel. Restaurant had a good buffet breakfast and supper. Regular menu after 8pm schnitzel was good. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Parking directly across the street. 3 elevators. Suite Room was spacious, nice view to the east. Hotel was quiet. I would stay here again without any hesitation."
