"Stayed only one night. Had dinner at the bar in the second floor. The food was ok, the ambiance was fun. Music and friendly people. Our room was comfortable and had a nice view. Breakfast was good. Check in and check out were easy. I would stay in this hotel again if I go back to Mongolia"

"The hotel staff was wonderful, especially the reception desk and the housecleaning staff. They were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts at the Millenium Restaurant were very good, though it was crowded when tour groups were in attendance. They should consider extending their hours to accommodate more people and adding more staff to clear tables quicker; the restaurant employees were working hard, but they were shorthanded. Finally, the hotel is well-maintained, but there was a lack of hot water during three of the 13 days I stayed there. This may be more of an issue with the Ulaanbaatar water system rather than the hotel."

"I love this hotel. It is clean, close to shops, walkable to main square and staff are great. I told no one it was my 81st birthday but there was a knock on the door and presented me a beautiful card in a bowl of fresh fruit. Oldie world hotel which I love and very well maintained. Great breakfast included."
