Hotels in Southeast Edmonton

"Ive been using this hotel for over 3 years weekly, they use to not require credits cards and could pay $300 cash depots but not anymore. Now with the new owners they have made it a credit card only hotel for payment and deposit. Be awear if you book youl need to have full payment plus $100 on available on your credit card and if not they will charge you 1 night fee for cancelation as they wont check you into your room unless everything is on a major credit card!!! BE AWEAR "

"Time for a clean up of the parking and main entrance to the hotel. Elevators are slow, when they are working which is rare. No access to streaming services from the room TV,s No morning coffee. Sorry I won’t stay here again."

"Stayed here multiple times the location is perfe t for anything your doing. Hockey concerts, plays, w.e it is. They have everything ckoae too.food chains, higher end dinning experiences, shoppign nearby. Downside the securtiy door on the main floor is horrible. Wa over half way down the hall and it would wake us up. 2 3 4 5 am. Maybe put up a sign to warn guests. Room we had was hopefully being ipgraded as we had only 1 bedisde table and no dresser at all.. which ws just odd. But the staff have always been great and rooms are clean "

"Hotel needs a deep clean and facelift! Our room was dirty when we checked in, black hair all over the bathroom floor, tons of dust and dirt on the floors. The beds were old and uncomfortable, with only a thin blanket. Even the toilet paper was awful. The restaurant however was good, we enjoyed the food and the breakfast. "
