Our initial room did have cockroaches, but the staff handled it very well and kindly moved us to a new room without us even needing to ask, which we really appreciated. I do feel that the property could benefit from offering more activities, especially considering how large the space is. It would also be great to see more accommodation for strictly halaal clients, such as a fully halaal kitchen or dedicated dining options. If this is not something they are able to offer, allowing self-catering for strictly halaal and kosher guests would be a thoughtful and inclusive alternative."

"I tried to contact the hotel several times to know where to pick up the shuttle at the airport and nobody ever replied leaving me to scramble when I arrived . Interestingly once I tracked it down it was a very well run an efficient process. The need to explain how to find the bus when you land if you not going to respond to email."

"Our reservation for two nights was mismanaged and it took hours to resolve the issue. Front desk should have asked for a CC upon check in and did not causing several issues with the restaurant. Great location and clean. "

"Beautiful, impeccably maintained property in a convenient and pleasant location. Everything was perfect. The staff without exception could not have been more helpful and welcoming including Cynthia who checked us in efficiently and was able to answer all of our questions. We really enjoyed our dinner at the Bull Run which is the hotel restaurant. Will definitely return! "
