"A terrible hotel, there was no hot water and no towel provided until I asked but they gave me a damp, dirty one. The staff didn't have my reservation at first so it took half an hour to pull up the booking and check in. Finally, they insisted that I pay for them to provide security stating that it is required for Chinese citizens even though I'm an American. I had to call the embassy who sent a car to help me flee the property in the early hours of the morning because the manager wouldn't otherwise let me leave. "

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and it was a fantastic experience from beginning to end. The hospitality was truly exceptional, and I want to give a special thanks to Omar, the receptionist, for his outstanding service. He was incredibly professional, attentive, and made sure every detail of my stay was perfect. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and well-organized."

"Asked for non smoking room but they put me in smoking room with ashtray in it. Woke me up in middle of night at 4 am moving tables on first floor complained to receptionist, replied we are setting up tables for breakfast. Spider 🕷️ was running around on floor. Lots of noise coming from restaurant. Breakfast: left over from last night, stale bread, not covered."

"The room and the people there were excellent from start to finish. Check-in was simple with a reception who spoke fluent English which made it easier for a tourist like myself. The room itself was flish with modern amentities and felt like a high levek Western hotel, incredibly comfortable bed (for those who prefer a softish mattress) and tv with cable channels. Bathroom was clean with amentities as well like shaving kits and toothbrushes. Probably only downside to me was that i didn’t enjoy the room service menu, is a personal thing though as it’s 24 hours availability and i also am a very picky eater. Breakfast was good I thought with great wait staff and a friendly host. If i ever came back to Lahore, would be hard to choose between here and the OBAN. Both fantastic hotels, for pure luxury though i would choose here if price wasn’t an issue."

"Thankful to the manager for allowing an early checkin which allowed me to get to the cricket on time. Room was clean and air con worked great. Bed was comfortable, and everything was modern. Gym wasn’t great, dumbbells only up to 10kg, and had cardio equipment which is good for those wanting a cardio workout. Breakfast was good, mainly Pakistani food but i enjoyed it. "
