"Perfect spot to go to if you're a solo traveler - only thing I'd say is keep in mind from a safety perspective it's just one exterior door into your room, not usually a concern of mine but for some I can see how it might be. Within close walking distance to Callie Ocho in Little Havana with tons of restaurants as well as Starbucks, Subway, McDonalds, Domino's etc. "

"No working WiFi expect in the main bedroom. Poor quality of fittings inside; during our 4 day stay, both bathroom sink taps/faucets fell off as they weren’t screwed in tightly. Customer service was extremely poor. When we reported these issues, a man randomly turned up at our apartment door without any notice whatsoever(!), saying he was there to look at the WiFi - he said there was nothing he could do, took a picture and left. We heard no more about it. The air con is either freezing, or ineffective. There’s also only one panel to control the air on though the property, so you can’t adjust air con room by room (and if you need to turn it off or on after going to bed you need to get up to go to the hallway to do so)."

"This place does not have a front desk or personnel onsite. The location is not secure and there is a gap in the fence that allows a person easy access to the interior grounds. This combined with an easily bypassed front door and faulty electronic locking system can put determined average criminals INSIDE the building with no way to counter this. I noticed the front door was not locking and that it was broken. I notified the whatsapp account manned by the hotel. Their response was that their maid said the lock was not broken. This was false, and proven false when they fixed it the next morning. They argued with me and told me the door was not broken as if they were there to see it with their own eyes. That certainty was given to them from their maid/locksmith, and my inability to lock the door did not warrant an emergency repair of the door. Amazingly, the door locked the next morning after the repairman came and fixed it. No apology for the 36 or so hours the property was unsecured, Nothing. Something that could have been fixed in a half workday ended up taking one and a half. All because no employees were onsite. That is the fatal flaw of this business model. Its insecure in an insecure neighborhood. I lived in that neighborhood in the past so I know. Avoid this place and their incompetence. There are better options that are priced competitively. "

"Exceeded expectations and bed was comfy "

"I had high expectations for this place. The check in process according to the instructions, I was suppose to get an email with a code 5 days before. I never received anything. I messaged them 2 days before, didn't hear from them. I called the day before and finally got ahold of someone. The day I arrived I had to call again because they only gave me the code for the unit and not the gate to enter the property. Once inside I tried lowering the blinds and messaged them how to do it. Well they didn't know so I had to use towels. The tv remote batteries died and I messaged them about that. I just took the batteries from the A.C. unlt remote. 2 days later a maintenance man showed up and he fixed the blind and replaced the batteries. I told him about the bathroom mirror light not working. Let's get to cleanliness. I found a dead bug by the bed, the bathroom sink handle had gum on it, the main blanket that keeps you warm smelled like a mans sweaty armpit. The only thing I can say, which is important was the bed and pillows were comfortable and I slept well. Also, there was always parking no matter what time I arrived to the unit.The host on the phone was nice and did try to help but overall I will never stay there again. "
