"Charming place, we hadn’t realised how good the sea views were/are. Nicely located being a short walk from Babbington centre with the rest of the English Riviera easily accessible. Heating and hot water both fine, spotlessly clean and well equipped kitchen (even washing up without a dishwasher didn’t seem like a chore with those views!). We had an issue with the WiFi which the owner worked to resolve, sadly without success. But Sunny Bank is a great spot in a great location - recommended"

"Its not the ritz but overall a very pleasant place. Close to all the amenities of Babbacombe and a half hour walk from Torquay . They booked us in early asked for extra pillows which they gave us straight away. Thinking of going back in the near future."

" The Robin Hill Hotel is a lovely building with a cute garden area only a ten minute walk from the town and harbour. Our family room was a good size with plenty of storage, good en-suite with plenty of towels and toiletries provided. The staff were welcoming, and friendly, always happy to help and inform us of the local area. The food was delicious. A lovely few days away and would defiantly stay there again😊 "

"Had a great stay at the Somerville I can see why it gets such good reviews. Lovely place to stay and just a short walk down to the marina and restaurants. Great hosts really look after you can't give them enough praise. Will definitely be going back for another visit."

"Check in was easy, good communications with host. Well equipped, comfortable and spacious apartment with a great view of the bay. Good value for money, especially in the off season. A car is a must as the roads are very, very steep."

"Best place I’ve stayed in a long while. Comfortable king size bed with continental quilt, rain fall shower. Mini fridge had complimentary soft drinks and snacks. Great sound proofing, once I switched off the a/c heating was in prefect silence. Tv only has freeview, but not an issue these days. Breakfast wide choice of things. Very helpful and friendly staff. "What a lovely place! Spotless, well appointed room with simple, fresh decor. Bathroom also nicely done, with fabulous fluffy towels. Breakfast was super tasty with a great selection of options. And the hosts are really lovely; helpful and friendly without being overly attentive. Not far from either Torquay and Torre stations so great for those not using a car, though parking was also available. Highly recommend and will be staying again next time I’m down in Torquay."
