"Je ne peu que être insatisfait vis à vis de l’hôtel et de sa direction. Suite à une erreur de date de réservation via une plate-forme, j’ai réalisé une seconde réservation à la bonne date pour faire preuve de ma bonne foi. J’ai demandé à pourvoir être remboursé mais ce remboursement n’a pu être réalisé, l’hôtel se réfugiant derrière les CGV de la plate-forme , qui sont modifiables au bon vouloir de l’hôtelier et généralement ajustées en fonction par celui-ci quand finalement la nuit est...
