"We checked into our room, and the door was wide open apparently to dry out a very wet carpet. The bathroom sliding door wouldn’t close, nor would the sliding glass window. It would have nice to have printed guidance for the tv, as we had to phone maintenance to reboot it. The staff was professional & attentive "

"First thing is the pictures used for booking are nothing like where you actually stay. The hidaway bed shouldn’t even be offered as a place to sleep. You could feel every spring in the matrice and it was very thin. Rooms were not clean or the resort. Everything is run down and way over priced for what you get. I wouldn’t even pay 100$ a night for this place. Very disappointed in the Hilton brand and Expedia. Water park was rundown and sharp points all over several people in our group cut them selves in the lazy river. I would avoid at all costs!"

"We really enjoyed staying at this location for many reasons. The staff was extremely helpful and easy to work with. The pool and Jacuzzi are fantastic. The location of this hotel is great. We were only 20 minutes away from downtown Phoenix. The rec room was a lot of fun as well."

"My only complaint, and it is a minor one, was that the wait staff in the attached Garden restaurant were not very good about keeping an eye on customer needs. For example, at our final dinner there, my travelling companion accidentally knocked over his water glass and as a result, the table top was awash. We waited and waited for someone to NOTICE and assist with cleanup, but that never happened. Even when the hostess came and took our credit cards for payment, no attempt was made to even so much as wipe off the remaining water on the table top. That, in my mind, was very inconsiderate!"

"Staff were great. Room was generally clean but trim was askew, rust on shower drain, caulk and grout missing or dirty. "

"Excellent, had a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room. The amenities are amazing, large cold plunge and hot plunge alongside with fully equipped gym even with outdoor facility."
