The residential bedroom is spacious, clean and has everything what you need for longer stay like electric stove , refrigerator, freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and The most important washer/dryer machine. "Check in is through kiosk. Only one key issued. No real person available. Two separate contacts for help. One for Kiosk related and one for everything else. Hotel had strong sewer odor in one room."

"It's our second time staying at Voco Seoul Gangnam, and we absolutely love it! The location cannot be beat -- you're in Gangnam, and right across the street you can find so many different places to eat, shop, and explore. There are a lot of convenience stores nearby, and an OLIVE YOUNG right across too. It's easy to walk to the subway or to the bus stop. The Dosan Park area is a quick ride away too :) Definitely our go to place in Seoul!"

"Great breakfast for sure! We flew in to Incheon but were flying out of Gimpo the next day. Booked this hotel and were not disappointed. Took the bus from Incheon to Gimpo and the underground walkway ( go to the subway then follow the signs for the Lotte Mall and hotel/cinema) to the hotel. Around a 10 minute walk. Rooms were comfortable and quiet for jet lagged sleepers. 24 hour 7-11 is a nice perk. Breakfast was fresh and had lots of choices. They even gave us a late checkout. Would...
