"1. Super friendly and helpful staff - reception staff, spa staff, pool staff, morning, afternoon and evening food service staff! All of them made an effort to make sure our stay was exceptional! 2. Beautiful floral throughout the property. About as pretty as we have seen. Raided beds a plus. Trees surround the property to ensure privacy and a feeling of being one with nature. 3. Wonderful pool and spa facilities. 4. Excellent food, morning through evening. We look forward to a return trip!"

"This is a great place with really helpful and welcoming staff. The location is perfect as it’s central but far enough away from bars that it is peaceful at night. Breakfast terrace on 5th floor is fantastic with amazing views of the lake."

There isn’t really an area where you can comfortably work on a laptop, apart from a couple of small tables in the lobby and a few near the bar. The gym is okay, but it only has space for a maximum of three people. The pool is closed at the end of May."

"Excellent service from the staff. Perfect location. We had one of the renovated rooms with a balcony and lake views and it was wonderful and worth any extra cost. Bathroom is simple but does the job, an upgraded shower would’ve been the cherry on top. Breakfast buffet was lovely, plenty of choice. Highly recommend and hoping to return in the future."

"I didnt like that their policy is anyone over the age of 1 pays like an adult, my son is 3 and sleeps with us and shares food with us. So thats $15 extra per night. Other than that its a clean and modern hotel and the restaurant has good food"
