"It is close to the airport, the room is clean, and the staff's kindness and service are excellent. Breakfast is good. Of course, it is an Asian breakfast."

"Unfortunately, I found mold in my room. When I asked to switch they were accommodating, but the 2nd room also had mold. In the 2nd room, there was a leaky shower attachment that dripped tons of water onto the rim of the tub & floor. The laminate wood floors were peeling. I didn’t feel comfortable walking barefoot. I can tell they do clean a lot but if it’s not properly sealed solid wood or stone tile, those cleaning products will eat away at the surface over time. Also, the gym vibe was very off. There were two workers in green track suits squatting in the middle of the gym floor with their phones plugged in while using them and playing videos. They were just there as a distraction more than adding to the vibe. As I said earlier, I had issue with two rooms and I didn’t have the energy to request a 3rd room. So I took a bath and checked out after 1 hr. When I went down to check out they asked if I can wait so they can check the room. Check for what exactly? Why would they not be more concerned that I’m leaving after reporting a couple issues? Because they insisted on delaying me on my checkout, I figured I would include that because I don’t ever get asked to stay behind for staff to check a room. And that was really not the best time to request that because I had already been highly frustrated. Maybe if I would’ve requested a 3rd room, things would’ve worked out - But I also think the whole vibe there just needs work. It does have potential to be better."

"Superb hotel. The room we got for family of 4 was spacious and modern. Large bath, shower, two toilets. The in room dining we ordered from the tablet in the room. The food arrived promptly and was delicious with lots of choice of Asian/Thai and also western food choices. We had the breakfast 2 days which was also great, lots of variety. The pool was probably the warmest outdoor pool (in April) I've come across, the kids played in it for hours. All staff friendly and helpful. Room cleaned and beds made everyday. Only downside is the rear of the hotel looks onto railway tracks but I only heard this occasionally while outside at the pool level. Couldn't hear it when sleeping in the room."

"I stay 4 night , but I can’t believe within these no banana on breakfast. Staff and cleaning is perfect no need to say nothing . Only breakfast some day is good some day is terrible. "

"Pay for breakfast onsite. It's the most spectacular breakfast buffet catering to local cuisine as well as typical eggs, pancakes,etc. The best breakfast I've ever had."

"The property is well maintained and the staff are polite and helpful, however we booked a room for 4 people (two adults and an 11 and 9 year old) and arrived to discover the twin room booked for our group contained two single beds. We ended up spending another £30 on an additional bed for the night. At breakfast we were told only two of our party were covered and had to argue that we’d booked a room for four so should all be included. I’m not sure if this is a hotels.com issue or the hotel/properties. If booking for a family be aware that you may find you incur significant additional charges. The pool are was very well kept and quiet. The breakfast wasn’t great so I’m very glad we didn’t pay extra for two of us to have it."
