"Room was clean but the washroom had some dirt spots on the floor. The mattress also had stains in it. Ok for a short stay."

"Poderia ser melhor em diversos itens, por exemplo: mais cordialidade no atendimento, evitar sempre as mesmas coisas no café da manhã diário (diversificar incluindo bolos), mobilia excessivamente desgastada. Além disso, dois pontos me desistimulam a voltar: o sanitário do quarto em que fiquei era grudado ao box-banheira dificultando sentar nele (inacreditável); os quartos por serem duplex, pedem uma tv junto a sala no primeiro piso (somente havia tv no andar superior). "O hotel fica em uma localização muito ruim, uma verdadeira "cracolândia". Durante a noite não consegui dormir; na rua em frente, uma verdadeira algazarra, gritaria dos usuários a noite toda. Péssima estadia."
