"no indication at old (closed?) terminal 1 entrance on level 1 of hotel!! luckily two guests were using shuttle bus who told me to take lift to level 3 - where the hotel reception was immediately obvious. quick efficient, friendly check in (excellent English) nice room, good AC but no window- all fine"

"The room was immaculate and super clean. Noise level was low. The room had everything we needed. Every hotel staff member was professional, extremely curious and did an excellent job. We loved the bar, restaurant, pool and rooftop lounge. Couldn’t be happier with our stay. The front desk reception was helpful in every way. Can’t wait to go back! Thank you!!!"

"I really enjoyed my stay..i had lower expectations and waa pleasantly surprised. Room was clean and comfortable. AC waa nice and cold, breakfast was free and standard( some variety). Amenities ( pool, sauna, pool table, board games, ironning roo) were convenient. The best thing was the Service and the concierge. The guy at the front desk was welcoming , nice and informative...he made the stay feel safe and comfortable as he told me al the scoop, the hotspots, the do,'s and donts and spoke very good English."
