"The staff at the hotel were fantastic and assisted us with all our needs. Even though we are English speakers we felt right at home here. The rooms are modern, with excellent views of the city (we could even see Christ the redeemer from our hotel window!). The breakfast buffet was plentiful each morning and provided us a very accessible way to get breakfast with such a busy schedule.
We completed our excursions and came home to a clean and tidy room each day. The room also had air conditioning that we could adjust according to our needs. The rooftop offers incredible views of Rio and a wide selection of tasty drinks.
This hotel is walking distance from so many amazing restaurants and shopping (Musa Cafe and the flagship Havaianas location).
Overall I would absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone coming to the Ipanema area and I hope to be back!"
"I liked everything about the hotel,staff cleanliness, location.Maybe a bit more variety of hot food for breakfast and the room I was in could do with a few hooks on the wall to hang your clothes on but not a big problem.Found the front reception staff very helpful,all spoke good English and were pleasant and polite.👍"
"En terminos generales la estadía estuvo bien, muy buena localizacion. El desayuno a pesar de tener mucha variedad no nos gustó, especialmente el café. Por otra parte el último día decidimos hacer check out temprano para poder desayunar en un restaurante cerca, nos pideron pagar por almacenar las maletas aún haciendo el check in temprano, y el caballero que nos atendió nos dijo sino de estan de acuerdo suban y guardenlas en su cuarto en tono hostil en presencia de dos niños pequeños. La asistencia con los tours muy buena."
"Deberían revisar que el personal que limpia las habitaciones lo hagan bien no lo hacen bien y también les pedí que me cambien de sábanas y cobertor y no lo hicieron el agua no abastece y el calentador de agua igual"
