"Minha experiência neste hotel foi bastante negativa devido ao atendimento da equipe. No check-in, mesmo apresentando os comprovantes da reserva e do pagamento, a recepção insistiu que eu não tinha reserva. A situação só foi resolvida após muita insistência e a apresentação de toda a documentação. Durante toda a estadia, fui atendida de forma pouco cordial, frequentemente com tom debochado e como se qualquer solicitação estivesse causando transtorno. Também tive problemas para obter notas...
