"Food at restaurants were good staff was excellent. We’re they failed house keeping was terrible. Room was not cleaned until Sunday night after I went down to the front desk and talked to the manager on duty. They finally sent the supervisor and two ladies to clean our room. They did refund the fees for parking to make it right. Anyway we are one and done with this hotel. Don’t recommend it!"

"Tub, sink and shower curtain had hair on and in it. Furniture was stained, old, discolored and smelly. Table in living room had crumbs all around in the cracks of it. Curtains are dingy looking and carpet had stains on it, I made sure to keep shoes on whenever my feet were on the floor. I was also charged $50 for early check in instead of the $30 that was marketed when checking in through my Hilton honors app. I’ll never stay here again."

"The property itself is beautiful. The hotel is very nice and the amenities are what attracted me initially. The person working at the front desk on my night stay was very rude not hospitable at all, unfriendly wasn't inviting. She rushed us not allowing us to enjoy the whole experience. Because we have never been to that hotel we asked what floor our room was. She seemed annoyed asked her about any of the amenities she either ignored us or again was annoyed didn't inform us of using the key card for the elevator which we figured out on our own it was just a bad experience. She was not friendly. She should not be working in the front with guests. When you have a bad experience like that, it just removes the warm and relaxing feeling you should have when you're a guest visiting the area. "

"The space was amazing from start to finish! I was skeptical at first, looking from the outside and knowing this part of town, but don’t judge a book by its cover! From the beginning, I called before I got there and was greeted by Miguel, who went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and got exactly what I was looking for! The hotel is going through management changes and renovations, and even while dealing with that, the entire staff always were approachable, professional, and patient. I stayed for a week, and couldn’t have asked for a better experience from such a place. My expectations were certainly exceeded! Not to mention the price being the best/ fairest you’ll get in the Galleria, without the absurd parking charges that you pay everywhere else. I can’t wait to see how this hotel grows over time, and I hope to be back!"
