"My experience at this hotel was terrible. The bed sheets were dirty and smelled awful. There were roaches in the hotel. The staff ignored all my messages. I booked 6 days but checked out after 2 because I couldn’t sleep properly in those conditions. When I left, the staff didn’t care and didn’t even apologize. This was completely unacceptable."

"Lack of all necessary items like soap,shampoo,towels, very hard to communicate. Terrible experience, I will never do it again."

"The staff were so friendly and nice. Room was amazing. I'd like to thank them and specifically the front desk for their quick responses for any inquiries or questions. Also, I'd like to thank them for weaving the charges of water bottles, however it wasn't expensive but I appreciate their response and cooperation so much.
