"The mattress was covered with a plastic protector and the sheets were old and didn't stay around the mattress. The room was very small. A bit of a battle with hot water till you get the Trick. The hosts were amazing and the breakfast was pretty good. The property was clean. Secure, and in a good quiet neighborhood. Good value "

"The best part of the experirnce is Cesar who did everything he coukd to help and was informative about the area. The hotel, was spotlessly clean, real blankets against the cool Bogotá nights were very much appreciated. The neighborhood is great with many restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores within just a few minutes walk. HQN is a fine experience including eggs and fresh Colombian pastry with coffee when you get up."

"I really enjoyed this hotel. I especially appreciated the amenities on the top floor, which include a whirlpool, sauna and steam rooms, a full gym, and a masseuse. The adjacent restaurant's breakfast buffet was authentic Columbian, and very good. The hotel is very clean, environmentally conscientious, and conveniently located to banks, stores, restaurants, a full grocery store, a mall, and the Usaquen expo market and parks. "Great stay in a good location. The hotel is close to restaurants, shops, and key areas in Bogota, making it easy to get places. The lobby and bar are nice and perfect for a drink before heading out. Breakfast was included and surprisingly good, with plenty of fresh options. Rooms were on the bigger side. Overall, a comfortable hotel that made our family trip to Bogotá even better."
