Concierge Javier V was a standout - he helped us with questions ranging from transportation, restaurants, neighborhoods and sites to visit, activities, to mailing artwork home. The room was clean upon checkin and daily maod service A+. The hotel location was perfect for acces to various sites. We took advantage of the spa and really enjoyed our afternoon there.
