"Though during my stay Israel had closed the airspace and just about all tourist/religious/historical sites for public safety reasons, my hotel became my sanctuary. The housekeeping staff were always ready to clean room & provide me with essentials if needed. I even extended my stay without difficulty. Wonderful Front Desk; an excellent location close to the sites; many shops all around and places to get food etc. I love the busy location & being right in the middle of local life. It is a very busy neighbourhood - but that is the charm. "

"Very comfortable room and bathroom Excellent breakfast Been to two other Jerusalem hotels in the last 10 days and inbal is the only hotel that offers excellent tv channels and Netflix. When you are stuck in a hotel room cos of sirens this was a great bonus."

"A beautiful hotel in the heart of the city. I was allowed an early check-in and a late checkout. I was able to witness Shabbat and was in walking distance to all the beautiful treasures of our beautiful city."

"The bed boards were creaking so much it was hard to sleep. You cannot open the window without people from the street being able to get into the room (it is overlooking a corridor which is open for anyone to get in). There were severe internet issues throughout my stay, despite my request to fix it. You could hear the TV from the next room. Would not come back."
