"The overall rating 4.5 out of 5. The quieter environment is great if you get out before the start of cleaning the rooms around 9 AM. If late riser you will hear a lot of door slamming OMG. Also don’t waste your money for “Ocean View” All garden views OMG… Best if you want “ocean” get ocean front period. The standard buffet best deal and the 24 hour room service awesomeness. Up grades not worth the buck unless money is no object. "

"Great place to stay, & great location. Staff is friendly and so welcoming. Rooms are very clean and comfortable! Big up to my new friend PET, she was a wonderful waitress at the resort and made me the best iced coffee!! The only suggestion I would make for this resort is to make sure all rooms have a fridge & microwave. Other than that, it’s wonderful!! "

"The rooms are at most 3.5 stars and the service is hit and miss. If you could book the Joia Ibrostar property it is noticeable better ! It is a 4.5 star. The Jamaican people are wonderful and all the staff are super kind and wonderful. "
