"The hotel is showing it’s age. The carpet is old and dirty. The bed is as hard as a board. Breakfast had set menu where you pick from A to D everyday. It wasn’t quite good. The breakfast room was not very appealing. I was there during the virus outbreak where I had to be evacuated to one of their sister hotel since this hotel was very close to the train station. The sister hotel was way better although I only spent 1 night. I would recommend staying near the city center."

Breakfast choices are very limited, there was a purple sweet potato porridge they did not label it, I asked staff this...

"Absolutely lovely place to stay .All the staff were helpful and kind .Also I found they were helpful to myself and I am disabled."

"Overall quite a comfortable stay. Pillows were too flat for liking. And perhaps due to the high volume of guests over the festive period, they didn't have extra pillows at request, and ran out of sugar sachets at breakfast. Shower was nice and warm, pressure was great."

Great location near many good restaurants and a shopping mall. Bus to Harbin airport and local metro are both walkable, but not short walks, some local buses right there though. "
