"We had the room with sofabed, which is not comfortable - it squeaks and sink in. The bathroom tub doesn't drain very well and have no ventilation fan. The cooling fan for the room looks dusty. Thermostat was set to the high end which makes the room warm and it's an old style on Fahrenheit scale. Pool is nice and surprised that there are life vest and other equip to use for free. Breakfast is good. "

"I would have liked when we left, smaller crowds in the spa..... the change rooms were extremely crowded..... Too busy to shower. Really loved the theme rooms, where they had special events.... But didn't know about the special events until we arrived. The staff in the food area were great... Really nice and friendly."

"This property in Stunning with a great restaurant inside, compliments to the chefs and the staff to a very well maintained property! We Celebrated our 25th Wedding Anniversary to a trip to Banff the hotel is just a walk straight to shopping district, the properties views of the mountain is breathtaking, I woke up every morning I was there to full sized windows both of the view of the mountains, the hot tub and atmosphere are are stunning! Highly recommend I’ll visit again"
