"At 9am while our family was sleeping they knocked on our door like 5 times then after they did it again this was because they said we are cleaning get out to add more when we came back at 10:20 the gate was open but when we went to reception the door was closed we were waiting for 15minutes for the reception door to be open at night so we had to call the person he didn’t understand us.plus there English was so bad except for 1 person."

"Everything else was great, but the quilt on the small bed was really bad. It was not breathable at all and very uncomfortable, which affected my sleep. I'm looking forward to your improvement. I hope it will be better next time!"
