"The hotel is beautiful but it’s under renovation so it’s not as pretty as they say. Also the rooms are horrible does not look like the pictures. "

"Was charged twice on check in & duty manager was unable to refund as first payment was a ‘pending’ payment & didn’t appear on their records as it wasn’t processed. But funds taken from my account. As long as it stays ‘pending’ it will automatically be refunded in one month… but that’s $1000 I had put aside for vacation spending money so not happy, not happy at all. On site bar / restaurant was barely open & breakfast choices were limited. Property is bright - the pool area is a highlight - but showing its age. Our bathroom door needed a good shove to open as it repeatedly got stuck in its frame. Air con was inefficient & loud."

"It didn’t feel clean. Inconsistent customer service. Had to walk to lobby to get extra towel. Some staffs offered free water bottles and others said to get it from vending machine which wasn’t operating. Nothing much to do here other than outside swimming pool. Beach not that great. Not clean. Pier is also boring"

"It was very noisy outside, the air conditioner was loud and not enough blankets on the bed"
