"For my stay it did the trick. This could be a really great hotel but it surely needs a lot of upgrades. Our room had a microwave with a dial-very old (but it did work)The staff however, were amazing, They were caring and accommodating. The pool and hot tub were very clean but again the rooms need some attention. Overall though it was a good stay and due to the area I would stay again. I needed to be fairly close to Banner Hospital and the airport. With all said it cannot get 5 stars probably between 3 and 4 closer to 4. They do have a continental breakfast. "

"This is a lovely property. Our basic king room had a kitchen/living room and separate bedroom. The doors have code pads so you don’t have to keep track of key cards. The staff is very friendly and helpful. "

"I had no concerns other than there were roaches. The room was nice, it was quiet, furniture comfortable. Oh, one other thing , the bathroom door was so close to the toilet you had to turn sideways to get into the bathroom."

"Older carpet, bathrooms very nice with a step in shower with good water pressure and plenty of room. Mattress was OK. Only 2 elevators to service the entire hotel. Spent on average 10-15 mins just to get up or down. Place is ok."

"Facilities are outdated. The key would never work anytime we left. Staff were nice and helpful. Hotel room did not seem clean. Hair in the shower. Had stayed here before and within a year it seems to have aged by years. Will not be staying again. Only reason to not give 1 star was the helpful staff. "

"It took 30 min to check in. The parking was a challenge and they charged me a destination fee of $40 that they did not disclose when I finally did check in. I am disappointed in the overall service and elevators took a long time to navigate because they were not keeping up with demand. Great location but not going to stay again unfortunately"
