"Overpriced, hidden fees, harassed daily to go listen to a timeshare presentation. Was told 90% off tickets but you find out that’s a lie too. Every restaurant every shop charges 5-5 times the regular price. They tell you the hidden fees were in case you take anything from fridge yet they offer nothing, not even free coffee or water. This hotel nickel & dimes you for everything. It’s not very clean either. "

"room was small, windows so dirty hard to see out of them, bathroom had rust, no microwave, no usable refrigerator, as a diabetic i needed a place to store my medicine, but the fridge they did have was full of their liquor and if you touched it, you got charged for it. It had no room for my personal items at all! "

"The room was clean, but inside the shower it had mold in the cracks. The staff was helpful checking me into the room. I did not eat at the casino, walked the strip. Overall I had a good experience and would definitely stay again. "

"It’s convenient but the pool is not clean and WiFi only two person allowed to use the WiFi.Which is we booked 4 people.Just frustrating .But parking wise is best"

"We were very happy with our stay. I can't believe how spacious and the separate eating area and 2 full bathrooms. We were able to see the Belagio's light show from our room. The staff were very friendly. Would book all over again!!"

"We booked when the pool should have been open. Nowhere on the website or during booking was it mentioned that the pool was under construction. They were scheduled to open 5/1 but unfortunately it was not open. No notice was given at checkin. This definitely impacted our stay. "
