"I called for the airport shuttle to get me, but it never came. I had to hitch a ride on another hotel’s shuttle. Then I was put in a dark cave of a room. It was a sunny day, but my small window faced a wall and was half under an awning so very little light came in. There were no ceiling lights, and only three dim lamps. Not conducive for work or leisure, but fine for sleep only. It was an accessible room so no bath, but the main issue was the bathroom smelled like sewage. I kept the door closed most of the time so it wouldn’t spread, but then every time I opened it the smell was intense. I would have given it one star, but the bed was comfortable. "

"Everything was great from start to finish. The front desk help was polite and friendly and each person was able to answer any questions I had. They were also engaging with conversations. The room was great, very clean. And the complimentary breakfast had many options. The checkout process was smooth and easy"

"The room smelt of cigarettes and it was a non-smoking room. Elevator was weirdly slow and creaky. Breakfast was put away an hour early. But the staff was friendly, and easy to talk too. Waiting area was comfortable and nice."

"Amazing experience!! We noted it was our anniversary and there was champagne on ice with cheesecake when we checked in, we were very pleased. The view was beautiful and the room was spotless, staff were incredibly welcoming. Stephen(Steve?) was so nice at check in! Valet was very efficient and convenient, my truck was too big for the parking garage. The room was very quiet, we enjoyed our stay immensely. We highly recommend, we will stay again!!"
