Hotels in Hidden Valley

My wife and I just spent 3 nights here for our Anniversary. The view from the living room and balcony was incredible. When we arrived our keys and paperwork were ready for us. we spent about 1 minute in the lobby signing in and receiving our keys before they took us on a quick tour to show us around the property and then escorted us to the room. The room was stocked with a variety of snacks and drinks. The snacks were simple single serve items like pretzels, cookies, chips and granola bars....

My husband and I went for a little weekend getaway and the hotel was lovely. We had an ocean view room with a big balcony. It was surprisingly quiet. You can walk everywhere, we left our car parked the whole time. The hotel staff is so friendly!!

Loved that it’s right on the beach. Great views. The beds were comfy. Lots of soft towels. Rooms were clean. Liked that towels for poolside were provided.

Hotel was clean and conveniently located near restaurants and such.

Very nice, clean. Loved that the bathroom light would turn on as you walked towards it. Shower was amazing. Ac/heater worked well and wifi was great! Microwave wasn't in the room but on the deck which was easy to get to. Wish it was warmer to swim in the pool! Loved the restaurants and things to do around the area and in walking distance. Would def stay at again!

I loved that our rooms were cleaned daily, beds made, bathrooms spotless, and we got fresh towels daily. The room was spacious, clean, and efficient.

Stayed here when my son graduated MCRD, it’s like 10 minutes away. Hotel is super clean, quiet and breakfast options are yummy. Beware you pay $25 a day to park, which makes no sense!

The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the pool is perfect, looking out over the beach.

Loved the location right on the beach. Staff is great and they have convenient parking. Just be aware it can be a little noisy on warm nights with nearby bar crowds.

Over all the experience waa very good.

Based on some negative reviews, I started to change hotels, I’m glad that I didn’t. This property is amazing!!! It was very clean. The outside of the buildings could use a good power wash, otherwise everything else was immaculate. Staying within the Mission Bay Park area was a non-issue. We didn’t have any problems with the general public or homeless in the park. Also, while the bay area near the resort is not all that beautiful (in my opinion), the water is clear and swim friendly. Loved the shuttle service to Old Town. We’ve stayed there before and didn’t have that option. It was so convenient to have the shuttle service. Driver was super friendly.

Great service, different variations for breakfast. Very comfy beds. Welcoming staff as well. Downside was the elevator not working but that didn’t matter with the great service and clealiness
