"Wonderful stay on our one night visit to Rothenburg. The staff was great and very helpful. The location is prime right near many of the main sites. There's a great pizza place right across the street that has great food and great drinks. The restaurant at the hotel is very good as well. We had a dessert there that was incredible. On the night we were there there was a piano player that was very good and it was a nice touch to have. Highly recommend staying here if you visit"

"The hotel itself is very charming. The staff was not very helpful and the room was incredibly noisy. We were spending over 180 Euros on dinner and they would only sell us water, they wouldn't provide tap water. But the room was clean and the hotel itself was charming."
