"Room was clean, however their store that has drinks and toiletries closes at 6:00 so if you need an aspirin or something to drink you have to leave the property."

"The elevator broke I asked for accessible room for my 90-year-old mother a walker. They put us on the fourth floor. The elevator broke the front. Staff was very rude. The phones in the room didn’t work. They only clean the rooms every three days and request in a refund."

"Spacious room, we had 2 bdrm. Beds were comfortable. Nice pool area that was a little crowded on weekends but otherwise a chair easy to find. Only wish was that the music be louder at the pool but it was an older demographic "

"about 9pm hotel lost power. waiting about 2 hrs in darkness before we went to sleep without shower , ac and etc... under circumstances I am asking for 50% refund for rooms 135 and 136 please advise also Airport shuttle could run every 30 not 60 min"

"Don't get a room on the 2nd or third levels on the highway side if you want to get a good night's sleep. The sound proofing on these rooms is terrible and highway noise is constant. Worst at night with motorcycles or trucks down-shifting. First time I've been place on that side after many times staying at the resort...never again will I allow myself to be placed on the highway side. Bar food menu is becoming boring."
