"We had a great stay at cabana bay. The staff and amenities were really great! We enjoyed the pools, water slide and lazy river. As we were packing to go home my suitcase broke and maintenance was able to help. We would definitely stay here again!!"

"I couldn’t have made a better choice with this hotel.💜 The location is a huge highlight, incredibly convenient, and even the people I met during my stay kept mentioning how ideal it was. For the price, it exceeded my expectations. The space feels fresh, clean, and recently remodeled. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. What stood out the most to me was the staff. I stayed for five days, and they were consistently kind, attentive, and kept everything running smoothly. The complimentary coffee station and breakfast area were always clean and well maintained, which I really appreciated. Free parking is also a big plus. The only small suggestion I have would be to improve the hallway scent. The lobby smells amazing and very fresh, so there’s a noticeable contrast when entering the hallways. Aside from that, everything was exactly what I needed. I’ll definitely be staying here again this will be my go-to spot in Orlando.💜"

"Overall the place was nice. Clean. The issue was the check in and remote front desk service. I called and spoke to the remote service. They told me that they could get me and my daughter on the same floor close to each other so that we could be able to walk to each other‘s rooms. When I got there the front desk said no we were on the same floor but two different corridors which is two different towers so we had to go down the elevator and across just to get to see each other. She was kind of afraid because she was over there by herself and it wasn’t what we were expecting. I had even called ahead and made the arrangements that way and it’s still all I got from the front desk was oh I’m sorry but we can try to maybe find you some tomorrow. They never did get a hold of us."

"I had a great stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which made a big difference. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Everything was well-maintained, and I felt very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others."
