"I got the top room Curtain were having oil stains on them and spider webs in balcony then got them clear but no fumigation was done and there were many small flying insect. The room had its own bad smell like when the ac is not working smell of heat and plastic and wood don't know but it was bad to sleep i woke up 3 time in night. But the other facilities and amenities were good enjoyed the amenities but not the room."

"The air conditioning in our room made the carpet immediately in front of it damp, so we needed to avoid that area of the room when walking without shoes. The breakfast is small, but we had to wait a long time to get food because the staff was making waffles and getting coffee for themselves during the breakfast rush. It's in a convenient location and a fairly clean place, but I wouldn't stay there again."

"I had a one-night stay at the hotel, checking in late to get some rest before an early morning. Unfortunately, it was a disaster. The noise from the HVAC system, plumbing, and streetcars made it impossible to sleep. It was a terrible experience, and I do not recommend this hotel."

"This is a lovely, well maintained hotel. Rooms were very clean. Shower was nice. Bed was comfortable. I requested a feather free room in advance and got it, no problem. Staff was all very nice and helpful. We had a lightbulb out in our room, one day, and maintenance replaced it within a couple of hours. Toiletries were nice, pleasantly scented without being overpowering. Good hairdryer. Excellent, convenient location for so many things that you will want to do in Austin.Had an issue with our folio at the end of our stay and called and spoke with a manager after returning home. Problem was fixed within 24 hours. Would definitely recommend and stay here again."

"Check in :nobody checked on the car when we pulled up ,we had to unload our bags, checked in still no help with bags , 10 minutes waiting on a cart ! Check in lady ! Must not be a happy person ! Very cold, no smile !! Breakfast room service we order they said 10 minutes ! Called back after 26 minutes !??? They said they forgot to put the room number down !! So you be the judge how was our stay !!"

"Staff was fine and pleasant after buzzing in at 8pm (doors always locked, you will see why). Room had all non functioning blinds that could not be lowered to block the outside light from the bright parking lighting. The curtain strings on all three windows were ripped off by past guests. Area is super sketchy and people milling around in the sketchier motel behind this one. Next to the main highway and loud and pretty likely to have your car broken in. Basically called it a booking loss within 20 minutes and booked a hotel farther away but infinitely nicer (same price range actually). Avoid if you can and good luck. Nothing against the people there, just save yourself the trouble. Not worth it. "

"Breakfast was great, but they shut it down on the minute and are relentless. Front desk staff was great clean and cool location."
