"Desk staff was friendly and let me know about events going on in the city at the time. Upgraded my room without me knowing when I arrived and the room was amazing! Will definitely be staying at this hotel whenever I visit charlotte again! 10/10 would recommend! "

"For starters you’re right next to a train station so the rooms are loud. Also know that this hotel does not have free parking, you park in a public parking and it’s not cheap. You can valet but the price will fluctuate if there’s an event going on. There’s a bar inside the hotel with basically nothing good to eat. They were serving chips and salsa and hummus. That’s it. The bathroom door had a frosted glass so if you turn on the light to use the bathroom or shower and someone else is in the other room, the light from the bathroom will light up the bedroom. The layout is also weird. Very little lights inside the room. The only good thing about this hotel is the convenience of being close to restaurants and venues because you’re right across the street from the Spectrum center and about 15 minute walk from B of A Stadium."

"Love the proximity to everything. The rooftop bar and restaurant was amazing. The room had a balcony and a beautiful 😍 view. Just wish the beds were more comfortable. Still a 9 out of 10 very nice."

"The room was severely outdated. The tub had mold around the edge. The door coming in wasn’t sealed and you could see light all around."

"This was a quick trip ! The scenery was beautiful. I loved that the table in the lobby had charging ports everywhere and USB ports. Very modern. We checked in a little early which was wonderful for traveling guests. The restaurant had delicious cuisine. The pool not being opened until Memorial Day sucked. Not sure what the beginning of summer has to do with the pool for a Hotel. If it's listed as an amenity, it should be available OR it should be clear it's not open until a specific date. Our room was very far away . For guests with non-visible disabilities or injuries a question should be asked about closeness or if it matters. Walking that distance for the room was tough especially at the end of a trip. I really loved the hotel overall."
