Hotels in Gibson Springs

"CIGARETTE STENCH in the room I woke up with a disgusting taste of cigarette in my mouth even though it was supposedly a renovated room. Air conditioning did not work. The only place where I could finally find some piece was by the swimming pool (not in the swimming pool because the water was too cold!!) when the sun started to be less strong but then THEY CLOSED THE POOL at 18:00!!!!!! Seriously?? if you go to most resorts in the world swimming pools usually close between 21:00 or later or are even 24 hours. The only reason I did not give it a one is because at least there were no bed bugs or insects in the room. I should honestly sue MGM resorts to get my money back!!!!!"

"Was disappointed with the food a Popeyes on your website it said it had a full menu, but when we got there, they did not have a full menu, but the service was good"

"The staff was helpful. Dealers have no personality. Rooms are clean but they could use some up on the common areas. Pyramid elevators for sure Overall I enjoyed my stay but would choose another hotel"

"Main hotel itself is somewhat clean, could be cool for families. Overall room was dated and dirty. Do not recommend the Manors"

"Check in was not great. No opportunity for upgrades without huge surcharge. Our bathroom door did not shut, their fix was to put a hair elastic on the door knobs to keep it closed. The pool closes at 6pm so make a note of that. Housekeeping skipped our room two days in a row, we had no towels, guest services said it was my fault for not requesting. No where did it state we had to request cleaning. Part of the extra resort fees and actual room charges is daily Housekeeping. Point blank, she was rude. I will never stay here again."

"All in all a great value. The room was clean and modernized but you can still tell it is the oldest hotel and casino on the strip. I've stayed here before so knew what to expect but it was my wife's first time. We had a Fab room which overlooked the Sphere and Wheel. It was really fun to see, especially in the evening time. My only recommendation would be the bathrooms need to be remolded/updated. Everything else was pretty nice."
