10/10 Excellent
"The staff here is extremely friendly, especially for someone who is working on a major holiday. This is definitely the best hotel for the price. I would highly recommend to all."
"I wish the view was better but everything else was great. The Christmas tree in the lobby was beautiful, the staff was friendly, and it was conviently located to lots of dining options. My biggest complaint is after leaving Dauphin restaurant for dinner, I took a spill off of the curb, the security lady patrolling outside of the hotel saw this occur, and despite me being injured with bloody knees, she never asked my husband or I if we needed help. I don't know if she assumed I fell because I had too much to drink, which wasn't the case because I don't drink, either way, she did not offer any assistance. My husband had to help me back to the hotel despite having difficulty walking. "
"Rondia at the front desk was super kind and courteous, and she professionally kept my personal and room number details quiet as there was someone else nearby. That should happen all the time, but it doesn’t.
Hotel was nice and clean. Lobby is fun.
