"I was in Dallas for the weekend celebrating my birthday and the experience at this hotel from the beginning was absolutely horrible!!! When I arrived at the hotel and checked into my room, it was extremely hot. The bathroom was dirty and the view, well there’s really no view. The room was not how it appeared online. I called the front desk staff and expressed my concerns. One of the female receptionist was rude and unprofessional. When I asked her name she said, “the letter A and the letter J. She was very snappy and showed lack of empathy for my concerns. The money I spent was not worth my stay. I check in at 4pm and by 4:06pm, I was asking for a refund so I can find another hotel. Expedia called the hotel directly and they refused to refund me. I asked to speak with the manager and went down to the front desk and here we are 2 1/2 weeks later, still no call from the manager. I would never patronize this business again. I pride myself of great customer service because I know what I give to others, Besides, anywhere my money is spent, I deserve to be respected and treated with care. I prayed and tried to make the best of it until I heard from the manager which I’m still waiting. Please consider before booking or you’ll probably end up very dissatisfied like me. "

"Breakfast was nice and fresh, cafe area was exceptionally clean. There were not many guest? The room was clean as were the halls and lobby. Istayed here 3 years ago and the outside was in much better condition. That may be the reason for the low occupancy.It was well worth the79.00 . I did not sleep in the bed so i cannot comment on that. Ibring my own chasis lounge chair fromhome when i travel. It is like sleeping in my recliner at home. No bugs, no lumps,goodnight sleep. If im travelling with my lady ill spend the extra money and get a nice place to bump and grind. "

"My only issue is that I couldn’t stay longer. Love the property! The views of the lake from my room and balcony were lovely. Being able to eat outside overlooking the lake for dinner was beautiful. The food and drinks didn’t disappoint. The on site parking was a plus for no extra charge! The staff was very accommodating although I hated the fact that I had to go all the way downstairs just to get bottled water. My overall experience was a 10/10. "
