"My stay at Kibayo was incredible from start to finish. This is place can only be described as a sanctuary, because that’s how it felt calm, beautiful, and peaceful. "The safe in the rooms is not really safe. The cleaning staff have the key to the safe. Therefore, not safe to leave jewelry in the room.The room did not have consistent hot water.Breakfast is "included" but not really. A coffee refill? extra charge. Eggs? extra chart. Add avocado or get juice? extra charge. its not really a free breakfast. Felice was very lovely. Front desk also very helpful. Cleaning staff were kind and prompt. I'd rate this a 2 star hotel and likely will not return to this...
