"Staff were nice "

"Wasn’t clear how to access Wifi on the package with key cards. Had to ask front desk staff for help. Breakfast in the am was ok but most hot items were actually luke warm. Coffee was good and hot. Would stay again but would appreciate easier instructions to access the free wifi and a hot breakfast as advertised."

"Everything was perfect.. rooms a little old but renovated. My only concern was made with paper walls. You can clearly hear closing blinds in the room beside."

"I was surprised that I had to pay for parking. In the hotel description this wasn’t mentioned. It stated that parking was available and it was a large parking area that had many parking spaces that were empty. In the hotel description they should either mention that there is a charge for parking or they should build it into the room fee. I don’t like add on fees that are not mentioned online. The hotel should also install a safety bar/ handgrip in the shower. My wife slipped in the bath tub and almost fell when getting out of the shower."

"The hotel is new and very clean. The double studio room was very spacious for a family. They serve a hot breakfast which was very good. The pool and gym area are new and very clean. A quick walk to St. Jacobs market. "
