Hotels in Val Vista

"I came in expecting to receive the room i reserved but was hit with bs from the front desk person! Proceeds to tell me that my room was sold to someone else and the only available room was a smoking room i was very upset. But because i had already checked in and had no were else to go i had no choice but to suffer the three nights in a horrible smoking room. Also the neighbors are rude letting there kids run up and down the halls like it was an elementary school. I never complain but i felt robbed by this place."

"Spacious room, we had 2 bdrm. Beds were comfortable. Nice pool area that was a little crowded on weekends but otherwise a chair easy to find. Only wish was that the music be louder at the pool but it was an older demographic "

"about 9pm hotel lost power. waiting about 2 hrs in darkness before we went to sleep without shower , ac and etc... under circumstances I am asking for 50% refund for rooms 135 and 136 please advise also Airport shuttle could run every 30 not 60 min"

"Don't get a room on the 2nd or third levels on the highway side if you want to get a good night's sleep. The sound proofing on these rooms is terrible and highway noise is constant. Worst at night with motorcycles or trucks down-shifting. First time I've been place on that side after many times staying at the resort...never again will I allow myself to be placed on the highway side. Bar food menu is becoming boring."
